    Well, I only lost .2 pounds since yesterday, but I didn't cheat or binge, so I'm pretty happy with that. 

    Also, a pair of jeans that I could barely button 2 weeks ago fit comfortably now!

    Time for me to hit the books :)

  • third good day

    Well, this is the third day of my eating "well" and I usually mess up on the third day. 

    So, today, I will persevere and stay strong.

  • legs for miles

     

     

    I adore this last photo. She just looks so happy and healthy.

     

    hopefully everybody's weekend has been good!

    today my stomach has been hurting all day, not sure why. 

    Because of that, I haven't been hungry and have only had some veggie sushi (250)

    I guess that makes it a blessing and a curse. In good news, however, my pilates and abs classes start tomorrow, and I'm incredibly excited :)

  • I did it for me

    After a binge last night, today's intake is 390. 

     

    I'm trying out a new plan for three days, and then seeing if I want to change anything. 

    Here it is if anyone's interested:

    Plan:

    No food before 4 or 5

    At least two 16 oz of calorie-free drinks before food (cup of coffee sometimes)

    Meal one: Light salad, one tablespoon dressing

    After meal, green tea

    Meal two: up to 500 calories

    After meal herbal or green tea

     

    We'll see how it goes.
